  • Appellation:  Vino de la Tierra de Castilla, Spain
  • Grape Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
  • ABV: 14%

Roblé has a clear deep ruby color with a rose colored lip.  Its aromatic nose presents dried black currants and cherries, mint, oak, anise, fennel, clove, and dark chocolate.  On the palate the wine is balanced with a dry medium-full body, fresh acidity, and dry tannins.  This flavorful wine includes dried cherries and black fruits, plums, tobacco, baking spices, mint, wet gravel, graphite shavings, and oak.  These pleasant flavors linger for some time.  Roblé is  ready to drink and can be enjoyed with rich foods, ripe and buttery cheeses.  Value priced.  8/3/16
