Monsieur Lucien "Toto" Rosenfeld is one of the founders of Atlanta Improvement Company.  He heads our office in Bordeaux where he currently resides.  He worked for Dulong et Fils, a major Bordeaux negociant until his retirement in 2006.  He serves as a liaison for the office in Atlanta.

George Redwine is the Warehouse Manager.  George receives our containers shipped to us from our partners, palletizes outgoing orders, and organizes and maintains inventory.  George also helps organize the annual trade show and its materials.  He assists Parks with the VinoChallenge, Northwest Wine Summit, and Southwest Wine Summit.

Sheri Rhea is our Office Manager.  Sheri has worked with Atlanta Improvement for 28 years.  Sheri is responsible for the day to day operations of Atlanta Improvement Company.  Sheri works with federal and state compliance, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, customs clearance and logistics.  In addition, she serves as a communication link between our partners and wholesale/distributors.  Contact Sheri, s.rhea@aicwine.com, if you need assistance.

OUR TEAM

Matt Mullinax is the Sales Manager.  He holds degrees in Hotel Restaurant Management and the Culinary arts, is certified by the Society of Wine Educators CSW, Wine & Spirit Education Trust L3, and is pursuing certifications through the Wine Scholar Guild. He works in tandem with Michelle presenting the portfolio, sourcing new partners while traveling throughout Europe and South America, compliance, organizing logistics, and presenting our portfolio in the wholesale and retail market.  Matt frequently meets with distributors to present our portfolio, attends trade shows, and visits the retail market as a partners' representative.  Matt helps organize and create content for the website and other forms of social media.  Contact Matt, m.mullinax@aicwine.com, if you would like him to visit you or help with our portfolio.

Parks Redwine is the President of the Atlanta Improvement Company.  He has held this position since 1990. Parks has more than forty-five years experience in banking and the wine trade.  Parks has been a wine writer for the Atlanta Journal/Constitution 1976 through 1981 and is currently a freelance writer.  He is a professional wine judge and has been involved in many prestigious competitions such as Los Angeles County Fair 1977-1984, the Oregon State Fair 1982-1982, the Concours du Vin at Bourg/Blaye held in conjunction with Bordeaux's VINEXPO 1989-1999, and the Foire aux Orange in the southern Rhone 2001. He has served as the chief judge of the Atlanta Wine Festival's Competition 1983-1990, its successor the Atlanta Wine Summit 1991 - 2000, The Wine Lovers International Wine Competition 1996-1997, the VinoChallenge International 2001-present, the Northwest Wine Summit 1996-present, and the new Southwest Wine Summit.  Contact Parks: p.redwine@aicwine.com.

Michelle Schreck is the Vice President of Sales.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and is certified by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust L2.  She has worked in the beverage industry for twenty years.  Her industry experience includes the general manager of a ten thousand square foot retail store, marketing and sales for a Georgia distributor, and owner of a restaurant that specialized in wine events, tastings, and food parings.  Michelle serves our partners by organizing logistics, compliance, and presenting wines throughout the Southeast.  She frequently conducts market work presenting our portfolio to distributors, sales staff, and the retail market.  Michelle travels throughout Europe and South America sourcing new partners.
